EARLY RESEARCH FINDINGS ON AI-SUPPORTED COACHING

The webinar will be held in English with real time translation in Italian. It will be introduced by Araceli Canedo Bebbington VP Thought Leadership,  who will present the Centers for Excellence with specific regards to new initiatives within the Research one. 

Focus of this webinar are interim findings from the “AI-Supported Coaching Readiness” research project selected as one of the projects for the EMCC Research Competition.

The study explores how AI-supported digital tools influence coachee readiness—before the coaching sessions even begin. Drawing on insights from experienced coaches across multiple countries, the session reveals how structured digital preparation shapes early coaching conversations, accelerates clarity, and impacts the overall flow of the coaching process.

Ozlem Sarioglu - Dr. Fahri Akdemir

Dr. Fahri Akdemir

A lecturer who has taught project management and related topics for over 8 years at 3 different universities, as an Assistant Professor in Latvia at RISEBA University of Business, Arts, and Technology and as a guest lecturer at POLIMI Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Management in Italy and Kaunas Technical University in Kaunas Lituania. Fahri is also an accredited assessor at the IPMA’s Global Project Excellence Awards. Being a certified coach, Fahri is the co-founder and former project leader of IPMA Coaching for Development (IPMAC4D) charity service of IPMA. Fahri is acting as the Principal Investigator of the AI-Supported Coaching Readiness Project.

 

Ozlem Sarioglu

An award-winning professional coach and EMCC member, with almost 20 years of coaching expertise, designing digital coaching programs for individuals and corporations since 2011.

Ozlem is also the Leader of Digital & AI Center for Excellence at EMCC Global. At Sparkus Digital Coaching, she is responsible for coaching journey creation, as well as managing the coach pool and quality assurance. Ozlem is acting as the Project Coordinator of the AI-Supported Coaching Readiness Project.

 

Araceli Canedo Bebbington

Araceli brings a unique blend of executive leadership and coaching experience to help leaders grow with purpose, resilience, and courage.

A former Managing Director with 25 years of experience leading global teams and large-scale transformations in the financial sector, she now focuses on empowering senior executives and entrepreneurs to thrive in times of change.

She is also part of the EMCC Global Board, driving the Thought Leadership agenda and shaping the future of coaching, mentoring, and supervision across the global community.
