I developed my professionalism in the consultancy field in managerial training and development, covering the main roles of trainer, training designer, assessor and project leader with the management of relationships with clients. The topics in which i specialized are those typical of behavioral training; effective communication, leadership, management of collaborators, public speaking, motivational development, coaching management, coaching. I graduated in political science, subsequently obtaining a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, the Master in Neurolinguistic Programming and the Master in Life and Business Coaching.
For more than 20 years I am a professional Coach with a credential from the International Coach Federation. I dedicate myself to support managers of various levels in expressing skills and potential to achieve company and team objectives.
My long experience as a professional Coach has led me to train and be a Mentor of Coaches, also being Director of the School of Coaching & Mentoring – Fedro.
