IR is a coaching company dedicated to the corporate world that has developed a framework strongly oriented towards relationships and complex dynamics.
With over 26 years of activity, it has worked to spread its models and to grow coaching as a profession, contributing both at the associative level and through the dissemination of the practice of supervision.
We were the first to bring the ESQA program from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) to Italy, with an integrated ESIA qualification for mentor coaching supervision in collaboration with Lise Lewis of Bluesky international, also contributing to the development of the program by developing and delivering modules on executive reflection, AI, and maturity.

Each course is designed with a hybrid approach, combining online learning with in-person experiences, interaction sessions, serious gaming, and social learning.

ESIA Supervision
The modular training program is aimed at experienced coaches (starting with an EMCC EIA Senior practitioner qualification, an ICF PPC qualification or equivalent) and is ESQA-certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) with an EMCC qualification, an integrated ESIA once the required requirements are met.
The course will allow you to master your role as a supervisor by mastering the tools of coaching supervision (according to the EMCC competency framework), integrating/developing your operational approaches so that you can communicate and propose effectively to your niche.
The course includes 21 hybrid training modules in person and online with moments of interaction, individual and group supervision. Students will have access to a dedicated area of the training portal where they can download materials, access the video lessons that prepare them for the online lessons, and download the various documents required for their EQSA and ESIA qualifications.
The course is highly interactive and therefore is reserved for a limited number of participants.
Access to the course is subject to an exploratory interview that will allow us to assess skills and expectations.
In supervision, as in coaching, you never stop learning; for this reason, at the end of the course you join the Bluesky community where you can compare your experiences with others, grow, and test your own models.
