We base our expertise on three pillars that are fundamental to us: Coaching inspired by the work of Tony Robbins, the Masters of Humanistic Psychology, and the work of Jung; NLP that we learn continuously from the source; and Spiral Dynamics, which we pioneered in Italy.

We are constantly inspired by the great Masters of the past and present. From the founders of Neuro Linguistic Programming to Tony Robbins. From great artists like David Bowie to all rock music and art in general. From the great thinkers of the past, from the fathers of psychology like Jung to the founders of humanistic psychology. To anyone who works with integrity and passion to help the human race evolve. They taught us integrity, understood as being as one whole, unbroken. Humanity, understood as the ability to have compassion, passion, and love for ourselves and others. Evolution, understood as the will to improve and grow in an ecological and sustainable way.
