EIA - Qualification and information
EMCC Italia is the Italian Association linked internationally to EMCC Global of which it is an emanation, and every EMCC Italia Member is automatically associated with EMCC Global as well. As part of this, every Italian member has the opportunity to access all Global initiatives.
In particular, EIA represents a recognition, valid internationally, NOT RELEASED BY EMCC Italy but by EMCC Global and expresses the level of knowledge achieved by a coach/mentor and his or her ability to use it in professional practice.
The "EIA EMCC Global" qualification does not represent "certification" within the meaning of European Regulation No. 765/2008, nor certification for the purposes of the UNI Standard, nor attestation of quality and professional qualification of services.
It provides for four levels:
- Foundation
- Practitioner
- Senior Practitioner
- Master Practitioner
Obtaining the EIA qualification allows one to offer coaching and mentoring services with greater confidence because it is more than just a certificate. It increases the practitioner's credibility, demonstrates his continuous improvement through objective verification. And it shows that the effectiveness of his or her intervention is proven by high quality standards and proven results.
