EIA EMBEDDEDCoaching You Academy is the training division of Coaching You, founded by Chiara Zerbini, which brings together a team of experienced and qualified coaches and mentors. It offers programs for those who want to build a solid, ethical and internationally recognized professional practice.
We want to raise the quality standards of the profession by offering effective and grounded training based on deontological principles — and build a community of professionals who believe in quality and sharing.
All our courses are designed in coherence with the EMCC Competence Framework, the Global Code of Ethics and the European Charter of Coaching and Mentoring Services.

Coaching You School
The EMCC Global EQA Foundation Level qualified coaching school. It prepares professional coaches through an approach that integrates theory, guided practice, peer coaching, and supervision — following the EMCC competencies and the Global Code of Ethics. Upon completion of the course, thanks to the embedded EQA qualification, it is possible to access the individual EMCC EIA qualification directly.
It is the right path for anyone who wants to start their career as a coach, for HR and managers who want to integrate coaching skills into their role, and for anyone who already has basic training and wants a formal international recognition.

Mentoring School
The professional mentoring school based on the EMCC standards. An intensive course for those with experience to pass on and who want to do so methodically, ethically, and with full awareness of their role. The program develops the 9 operational skills of the professional mentor — from deep listening to contract management, from storytelling to evaluating effectiveness — through live training, individual and group supervision, and peer coaching.
It is designed for coaches, HR, people managers, consultants, senior executives and all professionals with consolidated expertise who want to put their experience at the disposal of others in a structured and recognized way.
