We operate in all major areas of coaching, both at the individual and corporate level. In individual coaching, we range from basic courses to Masterclasses, including courses on Supervision. In the business sector, our experience in supporting the training of managers and leaders has given us the opportunity to add a specific course to the Team Coaching to help managers learn and spread the culture of coaching.
All our courses hold both EMCC and ICF accreditation, guaranteeing a high level of quality of the delivered content.
All our courses are based on the Solution Focus approach, a simple, pragmatic and highly respectful way of coaching and communicating effectively. Our academy is a member of the international organization IASTI, the International Alliance of Solution Focused Teaching Institutes.

SolutionsAcademy is based in Germany, near Frankfurt. All training courses are online, highly interactive, and are held in English, Italian, German, French, Russian, Polish, and Indian languages.

The course is aimed at experienced coaches who want to integrate the possibility of providing support to their fellow coaches in a qualified and structured way into their practice. It is a course aimed at those who, having already experience as coaches, want to deepen all the topics of coaching practiced in organizations. Executive and Leadership coaching, career coaching, conflict coaching, personal effectiveness coaching, and many other topics relevant to the business world are an integral part of this course, as is the narrative approach to coaching, which shares common roots with the Solution Focus approach. It is aimed at developing the skills and knowledge to coach teams through the simplicity and pragmatism of Solution Focus. COACHING SKILLS FOR MANAGERS AND LEADERS
QUALIFICATION:
EQA Foundation

 

Derived directly from our global experience in large organizations, this course focuses its action on helping managers manage everyday conversations, the daily tool through which a manager interacts with their people. Increasing one’s ability to generate meaningful conversations profoundly impacts personal leadership and contributes to spreading the coaching culture, without seeking to unnecessarily transform a manager into a coach. NARRATIVE COACHING

Directly from the leading experts of the “Narrative Therapy” school, Michael White and David Epstein, we have created this course that helps the client identify their “main story” and the alternative stories that are more functional and useful for their development.
