Weplusnetwork is a professional network with a long history that has been operating in the field of Business Coaching since 2013, founded by Sandra Camuffo, Barbara Parmeggiani and Federica Setti.

We are now a community of over 35 Network Members and over the years we have trained more than 200 Business Coaches and Team Coaches.

We are an excellence Knowledge Center in Business Coaching and we pride ourselves on growing our knowledge and that of our vibrant Community at the rate of one book per month. We do this through our regular Readings, events, innovative training courses, thematic WE+Rings, development workshops and international working groups and research groups.

We present ourselves as true partners for change for our clients and we abhor the quick-fix approach that disregards the humanity of people, their needs and ideas, aiming for inclusive leadership and the participation and co-creation of our interventions.

 

WHAT WE OFFER
Weplusnetwork offers organizations, managers, and experienced professionals a comprehensive range of programs for development and personal transformation. Since 2014, the Business Coaching Lab has been a high-impact program for becoming a coach in organizational settings, now also in the online Fast Track format, offered in multi-company or in-house versions. Our portfolio of training offerings also includes the Systemic Team Coaching Certificate offered in collaboration with AOEC in London, Embodied Transformation delivered in partnership with the Strozzi Institute in California, and individual business coaching, mentoring, supervision, and facilitation programs.

We focus on Change and Development in all its forms, privileging coaching-oriented intervention methods that always respect the culture of each individual and their individual needs, aiming to amplify a deep awareness of oneself and the context in order to fully leverage the individual’s contribution.

The program Leading by coaching, for example, has been developed to promote the adoption of a coaching-based approach in managerial relationships, in support of high-impact leadership in multi-stakeholder and highly complex contexts.

The Leadership Workout Program, on the other hand, is an in-house or inter-organizational program to support modern leadership that promotes the inclusion of diversity and leverages innovative contributions to generate sustainable value for the reference system.

We share with our customers and participants in our courses the wealth of teachings, documentation, tools, bibliographic references and models found in current literature through a dedicated platform. Weplusnetwork has developed this over time through the periodic practice of Readings on the key and most innovative texts in contemporary coaching, leadership and soft skills literature, now also available on Video on the YOUTUBE channel.

The Weplusnetwork initiatives represent the care and the will to create a learning community that is not limited to the phase strictly related to training or development programs, but to animate a continuous professional update among customers and the Network Members groups present in the Rome, Turin, Milan, and Naples offices.

 

WHERE WE ARE AND HOW WE WORK
Weplusnetwork is based in Rome, at Via Labicana 145, and usually uses hybrid working and intervention methods, depending on the needs and the moment.

 

SUPERVISION
The many years of experience of our Executive Coaches, who are at the forefront of national and international contexts, allows us to offer Coaching Supervision programs for clients and companies.

The Coaching Supervision service is offered both to the participants of the Weplusnetwork school for their continuous development and enabling professional effectiveness, and to coaches interested in supporting their excellence.

Taking advantage of Coaching Supervision for the coach means embarking on a professional improvement journey: the coach activates a reflective and in-depth practice of self-awareness, to support their own continuous development and the success of their managed coaching interventions.

The Supervisor provides a supportive space to reflect on the coach’s work experiences with clients, promoting quality practices that are in line with professional competencies, ethics, and best professional standards.

During the course, the Business Coach shares experiences and situations experienced in Business Coaching with an experienced professional, in order to continue learning with a critical spirit.
