WinnerTeam is our name but it is also our purpose: to create within and outside of us a team of winning personality traits and resources in every situation. To combine self-worth with the quality of our relationships in order to live a personal and professional life that fulfills us.

We do this with Passion, Ethics, and Respect for the deontological principles of the Counselor profession and the framework of the competencies of EMCC.

We do this by convincing them that learning can be fun: by understanding how we “work” we can solve important issues and at the same time enjoy the new well-being and abundance that results.

We do this through the “Voice Dialogue” method, which has the merit of being based on the theories of the Fathers of Psychology, Freud and Jung, but at the same time being easy and practical to use: the nature of the human personality is multifaceted, but it is possible to develop a conscious self that can enhance the different parts.

We do this by having happily inherited the school and the InnerTeam method, which, the result of more than 30 years of training and research, has integrated techniques that enrich our professionalism and that act simultaneously at a psychological, energetic, and bodily level, allowing us to approach people with different characteristics in different ways.

We do this with the intention of accompanying our students in their personal and professional growth: becoming a Counselor means learning a new profession and our goal is to train the person, through teaching, individual sessions, internships, and specialized supervision, to exercise the “responsible” practice of this profession.

We do this by continuing to learn, exchange, and research because we believe in it, we have fun, and we think that personal example is the best expression of what we teach. And Finally, we do it TOGETHER by participating and creating sharing among ourselves and our entire network, because pluralism and diversity is our motto!

Courses for those who want to become counselors and coaches
The WinnerTeam training program, recognized by A.N.CO.RE. (National Association of Relationship Counselors) and qualified as EMCC Foundation and Practitioner level, offers the opportunity to discover new and unsuspected resources and skills to all those who wish to improve their personal, professional, and relational life.

The School is organized in a dynamic way on three levels, where theory and experience intertwine in an innovative way. Each level offers a series of tools, techniques, and skills that will form, for those who choose to complete the entire training program, a professional qualification that can be applied in many fields. Each level corresponds to one year of training and includes the issuance of a certificate specifying the skills achieved.
The first two certificates testify to the steps of a formative, informative and enriching journey on a personal and professional level; the third year gives access to the professional diploma of Counselor.

Courses for professionals

VOICE DIALOGUE TRAINING 1

The course is aimed at coaches, counselors (with a different focus than Voice Dialogue), and professionals working in the field of personal growth and development who wish to learn, understand, and integrate the principles of Voice Dialogue into their professional practice.

VOICE DIALOGUE TRAINING 2

The course is aimed at professional coaches and counselors who have taken the Voice Dialogue Training 1 course and have gained some familiarity with the method and the practice of the principles of Voice Dialogue.

For companies
We work on the so-called “soft skills”, i.e. typically managerial skills, the development of which helps to strengthen the person, give them confidence, and provide them with techniques and tools to handle difficult situations and improve their work effectiveness. Even those with solid professional experience often need to develop these skills, so crucial and necessary for holding positions of responsibility. Corporate counseling in this context serves as an effective solution to facilitate communication in working environments; to increase motivation and thus the quality of work in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. In particular, the Voice Dialogue method from Winnerteam is highly appreciated by the companies that have adopted it because it has solid scientific roots rooted in Jungian psychology and allows learning the basic principles and acquiring new tools from the first meeting onwards. Valuable skills that are useful for finding solutions to individual and group problems, with responses that are more suited to the challenges of the moment.

WHERE WE ARE AND HOW WE WORK
The courses and seminars are held at BACH Art Centre, Via Francesco Zanardi 230/2, 40131 Bologna.

The seminars are held primarily in person due to the mixed nature of the method, in which theory, practice, and experience combine in a synergistic way to ensure maximum learning.

For some seminars where the theoretical part is predominant, we adopt the online method by creating interactive classes.
