The YourDestinAction Coaching Academy is an environment for conscious growth, a place where professionals learn to become instruments of transformation, first and foremost through their own inner evolution. Those who enter the YDA Academy choose excellence as a standard, growth as a lifestyle, and responsibility as the foundation of their professional practice.
La YourDestinAction Coaching Academy It stems from over twenty years of experience in professional coaching and human potential development. A path of ethical, rigorous training oriented toward excellence.
Every level of training, Academy, Master, Excellency, respects and promotes the core values of the profession: integrity, competence, responsibility, confidentiality, diversity and continuous reflective practice.
We believe in the concrete possibility that every individual can expand their vision, access deeper levels of awareness, and transform their way of living, working, and relating. Our Academy was created to train coaches who can guide this process with responsibility, sensitivity, and professional competence.
We exist to offer a serious and authoritative alternative in a sector where professionalism is often lacking: a place where method, ethics, presence, and quality are not slogans, but daily practice.
Let's put people first
Every student, every client, every organization brings a unique story.
Our task is to create the conditions for the best to emerge, without forcing it.
Excellence is a daily commitment
We train, study, supervise, and constantly reflect on our practice, because an excellent coach never stops evolving.
Simplicity is a form of mastery
In a complex world, we believe in clarity.
In removing what confuses, not in adding complication.
Ethics is our compass
Transparency, respect, absence of judgment, responsibility toward the person and the profession.
We look ahead
We train professionals capable of creating the future: coaches, leaders, and facilitators who know how to support change in a sustainable, human, and conscious way.
