He's back Mentoring Forum of EMCC Italy, this year in a new format: a day entirely online, Friday, October 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, dedicated to mentoring eco-systems, between visions and connections, experiences and the future.
Our goal
Spread the knowledge and culture of professional mentoring in Italy by fostering a dialogue among those who practice it, study it, and choose it as a growth lever for individuals and organizations.
One day, four perspectives
The Forum alternates discussions with outside voices from EMCC Italy, companies, universities, and associations that use mentoring as a tool for personal effectiveness and well-being, with moments of shared reflection. The journey unfolds around four perspectives, and after each session, the exchange continues with the participants.
Welcome of Chiara Zerbini (President of EMCC Italy) and introduction to the day's events Anna Ciuffoletti (Mentor, Business & Life Coach, Senior Trainer)
Corporate mentoring, in three experiences. With Liliana Ravagnolo (ALTEC) let's talk about how to train and transfer skills and professionalism in highly complex contexts that are far removed from one's own; with Paolo Barbiero (STMicroelectronics) of the impact of mentoring in a high-tech, operations-centric company; with Digit'Ed on the use of mentoring to support parenting. This is followed by a discussion with the participants.
Coffee break
Mentoring as told by those who experience it. With someone who is on their third mentoring journey, we discuss the choice of this tool to support professionalism and career choices; with another voice, mentoring as support for one's sense of self in a company strongly oriented toward AI adoption. A further contribution is being finalized. This will be followed by a Q&A session with the participants.
Lunch break
With Haidi Garulli (University of Trento) we talk about mentoring in universities and intra-university; with Elena Nanni (Murate Idea Park) on how to establish ethical and professional mentoring in start-ups right from the beginning; with Monica La Cava (AIDP) on group mentoring as a lever also for intergenerationality. Followed by a discussion with the participants.
Coffee break
With Rossella Pin (EMCC Global Mentoring Centre for Excellence Lead), Vlad Dutescu e Amila Karic Let's talk about mentoring according to the EMCC qualification standards, the EIA, IPMA, and ISMCP qualifications, and the MOZAIC program by EMCC Romania. Followed by the discussion with the participants.

Da oltre vent'anni nell'ecosistema dell'innovazione, coordina dal 2017 il Murate Idea Park di Firenze, incubatore pre-seed che affianca startup, mentor, imprese e istituzioni, con particolare attenzione ai percorsi di mentoring, formazione e networking.

Consigliere regionale AIDP Piemonte e Valle d'Aosta
Coordina i percorsi di mentoring individuale e group mentoring offerti ai soci AIDP. Gestalt Coach con ventotto anni di esperienza HR in contesti multinazionali, lavora con l'Università di Torino sull'orientamento dei neolaureati.

Guida l'EMCC Global Mentoring Centre for Excellence e ha co-fondato EMCC Italia. Supervisore accreditato ESIA, EMCC Global Mentoring Award 2023, ha creato due programmi di certificazione per mentor accompagnando le organizzazioni nel costruire culture di mentoring.
